Dean helped design www.bigfoottraveller.com ten years ago. It was the first fully-fledged Chinese web-based travel magazine in the region. Then, five years ago the site underwent a complete revamp. Once again, Dean did an exceptional job. We have engaged with Dean in a retainer basis since the debut of the web-zine. As the site interacts with third parties (such as social media platforms), we don't expect the site to be functioning well all the time (like plumbing or electrical issues in your house). There have been minor hiccups once in a while - Facebook counter not showing, IG feed couldn't refresh itself, some content went missing... Dean quickly and efficiently solved these. Then there were plugin security issues that only Dean was aware of. You can count on Dean; he offers peace of mind. Whenever issues crop up (inevitably), Dean's help is a WhatsApp away - he responds efficiently and effectively. We cherish our working relationship with Dean and will continue to engage him to safeguard the back-end security and functionality of the site.
